Cue and Case Shipping Information
 
All Cue orders that total $200.00Canadian Funds or more will receive free shipping anywhere in Canada or the United States.  There is no Gst on any orders (Canadians Only).  Any cue purchase totalling less than $200.00Canadian funds will pay the shipping fee's outlined below, but will receive a free soft case with your cue order.  All orders destined for Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expresspost and orders destined for the U.S will be shipped via United States Postal Service (airmail).

All Cues are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and then inserted into hard shipping tubes to ensure no damage will be incurred
during shipping.  All Cue & Case combinations will be shipped with the cue inside the case.

The following chart explains our shipping costs.  These Rates apply to Canadian and American Orders.  These rates do not apply for Pool Tables, Furniture, Lamps, Balls, 1 Piece cues, or any other item which is bulky and/or heavy.  Basically, these rates apply only to two piece cues, cue cases, and smaller accessory items.  For pricing information for pool tables and other larger items, please email us with a request for pricing.

In the event that your order cannot be promptly shipped, will notify you by email and arrange shipping dates and/or delivery dates.
